Robin's Soundbite at the Isbourne

It was in order to help get the message out about just how good the Centre is because of it's range of treatments and therapies on offer. And because it regularly attracts internationally renowned speakers to effectively cover a wide range of holistic health and spiritual subjects, making it a Mecca for people from all over.

So, just so that people who don't know me, or know about what I offer, can get a better idea of what it is that I do, I have made my little bit of footage available on You Tube.

During the interview, I only really touch on some of what my therapy technique can actually do. But really, I could in fact go on for hours talking about what it is good for, and why, and the type of people that would likely benefit the most.

To save my breath from talking continuously however, I tend to rely on the charts that I can produce with my Bio-feedback device as, to a large degree, they can do the talking for me.

So, having said that, I would just like to show you here, my recent HRV Graph plot line.

To naturally achieve a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) score to match this, it would be necessay to  adopt my ZPB Technique. I welcome anyone to come along and show me another way! But, I should say now, that this is level 4 (highest) and I can do this for as long as I please.

There are many sports professionals around the World looking to create and maintain heart rhythm to this degree, as they understand how beneficial it is for their fitness and performance.
