This alignment and synchronisation is achieved and maintained using a very simple bio-feedback technique. This ‘technique’ is simply tracking the pulse in real time and then accurately breathing in time to it.

Essentially, it is a highly sophisticated, but at the same time very simple breathing technique, which is based on a specific ratio. This ratio automatically creates inner coherence and harmony through a natural biological phenomenon described in the next chapter.

During consultations with clients, I would mostly notice that their Heartbeat rhythm graph line readings initially tended to be very erratic.

Overall, the Masterbeat Technique has had an overwhelmingly high success rate. In fact only around 10% of my clients failed to make instant improvements. The majority of those had medical issues, for which many were taking prescribed medication (usually for heart issues).
